DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.
Supplier development (including consolidation)
2.
Work with SQE & Purchasing on supplier performance review, drive supplier to improve quality and delivery
3.
Align with GCM for direct material cost reduction, 2nd source implementation, VA/VE, negotiations, etc.
4.
Support new project launch
5.
Early involvement from design/quotation, alternatives recommendation/qualification, sample launch to mass production
6.
Optimize incoterms, improve and align payment terms, MOQ/Scale price optimization, inventory control (DSI)
7.
Maximize material value, review S&E and scrap components, resell them to mitigate material loss
8.
Urgently drive critical supply escalations, support pull-in/push out, cancellation, quality issues and other suppliers’ issues. Compensation negotiation for supplier issues
9.
Stewardship support: Supplier SR audit, RBA audit; Meet strategic customer requirement for CMRT, BCP, EH&S

EDUCATION:
REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree in supplying chain, engineering or procurement

Advanced degree
WORK EXPERIENCE:

Familiar with EE components’ parameters, application and function

Familiar with Industry Standard, Market trend
