岗位职责

1.负责PCB、PCBA及电子器件（芯片、阻容等）的供应商开发与管理，制定采购策略，保障供应的稳定性和及时性；

2.分析电子器件市场动态、价格走势及供需关系，结合PCB、PCBA行业材料和技术、工艺的发展，制定和执行优化采购成本与风险控制方案；

3.协同研发团队评审技术规格，确保采购产品满足性能要求，参与高端 PCBA 加工工艺（如 OSAT、Flipchip、Underfill 等）的技术评估，同时关注和收集PCB行业高密互联技术发展趋势，为采购决策提供专业技术支持；

1. 负责制定和执行公司长期竞争力提升战略，结合市场趋势和公司发展需求制定年度议价计划，强化公司的议价能力；
2. 建立并维护供应商资源库，定期开展绩效考核，推动供应商技术与质量改进；
3. 与供应链管理团队合作处理采购过程中的质量、交付等问题，协调跨部门资源保障项目进度。

任职要求

1. 本科及以上学历，电子科学与技术、电子信息工程、物理电子学等相关专业；
2. 熟悉电子器件供应市场，掌握主流器件性能、参数及价格体系；
3. 深入了解 PCB、PCBA 行业，熟悉高端 PCBA 加工工艺（OSAT、Flipchip、Underfill 等）及质量标准；
4. 具备优秀的商务谈判、供应链风险管控能力；
5. 良好的团队协作能力与问题解决能力；
6. 具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能够与国外供应商进行有效的沟通。
