DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Search for potential suppliers of interests, assess such supplier’s capabilities, costs, quality systems and business fits.
• Issue supplier self-assessments and initiate supplier qualification audits.
• Establish benchmarking for supplier scorecards. Review, track, and monitor scorecard results and supplier responses as directed by SCM.
• Support on cost reduction, quality, and delivery improvements.
• Champion root cause problem investigations and resolutions through design prevention.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve supplier productivity, cost, quality, and ensure supply chain continuity.

• Participate meetings and projects as required.
• Travel domestically as required.
• Conducted supplier development quality review, first article approval and production capacity assessment (PPAP).
• Conducted process audit for suppliers and organized their process quality improvement and pushed suppliers to establish a stable quality management system.
• Timely deal with supply quality problems in the production line and client, organize suppliers to analyze and propose targeted rectification, tracking and evaluation.
• New suppliers’ creation and application in systems
• Continuously improve the quality management procedures and processes of the existing feeding parts.
• Collect supplier quality data, conduct annual statistical evaluation on supply quality performance, propose improvement targets and supervise the implementation.
