
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Sourcing Consultant to support strategic sourcing and procurement activities for construction and Build-to-Suit (BTS) projects. This role will partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers to deliver cost-effective, compliant, and timely sourcing solutions.

2+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management
Strong background in construction, Build-to-Suit (BTS), or site build-out projects
Proven experience handling multiple categories/commodities
Demonstrated expertise in: Vendor/supplier negotiations and Contract management and support
Experience using procurement/sourcing systems (e.g., SAP Ariba or similar platforms)
Strong ability to maintain accurate and timely system updates
Strong ability to document sourcing activities, contracts, and vendor interactions within systems
Comfortable working with data/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau) is an advantage
Prior supervisory or leadership experience is preferred
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
Strong execution skills with the ability to manage tasks through completion
Experience working with cross-functional and global stakeholders is a plus
Exposure to PEZA or real estate-related environments is preferred but not required
Open to candidates who are adaptable and willing to learn new tools and processes
