Job Description

Your Tasks:

  • Lead change management strategy and execution for OA rollout across business units.
  • Conduct detailed change impact assessments to identify process, people, system, and policy implications.
  • Partner with category managers, procurement operations, finance, and IT to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Support Outline Agreement process design, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment in SAP.
  • Ensure data readiness for OAs - vendor master, material master, pricing conditions, and validity.
  • Track and report adoption KPIs, OA utilization, compliance, and process performance.
  • Analyse change requests & the material in inventory & across supply chain to avoid obsolescence of materials.
  • Provide hyper care and continuous support during and after rollout.
  • Maintain SOPs, training materials, and change documentation.
  • Analyse BOM vs. consumption at actuals and lead the change need with respective stakeholders

Your Profile:

  • BE/Btech graduate in Mechanical / Electrical / Aerospace with 8+ years of experience in relevant area.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with commodity leads and cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of data management principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of sourcing processes and procedures.
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
