As a SourcingBusiness Analyst (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of our processes, methods, and digital tools. The objective is to achieve business excellence through the implementation of global standards, smart processes, and digital tools within the framework of our Hager End-to-End process approach.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our processes by professionally supporting stakeholders within Sourcing and across the wider organization. Together with your colleagues, you will make decisions and initiate activities.
Your responsibilities can be grouped into five main areas: digitalization, process improvement, project support, customer support, and stakeholder management.
Your Responsibilities
Support and ensure the operation of the digital Sourcing solutions used within our organization
Create analyses and reports to maintain quality standards and identify improvement opportunities
Actively contribute to the development and implementation of short-, medium-, and long-term digital roadmaps
Continuously improve our business processes in Sourcing and further develop our digital Sourcing solutions
Support projects in the field of digital Sourcing
Create & deploy internal training material, sessions and workshops on our processes, methods, and digital Sourcing solutions
Contribute to cross-functional projects and tasks, as well as compliance and governance topics
Act as the interface between IT and Sourcing and serve as the primary contact for users of our digital Sourcing solutions
Collaborate closely with stakeholders from IT, Finance, Logistics/Supply Chain, and General Management
Your Profile
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
1–3 years of professional experience in a similar role
Team player with strong communication skills and a strong customer-oriented mindset
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement (S&P), SAP Materials Management (MM), SAP Ariba, and SAP Business Network is desirable
Experience with IT systems and business processes
Fluent in English (written and spoken) and either German or French
