Job Description

The Sourcing Associate is responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, building pipelines of qualified talents for current and future hiring needs; and to attract and hire top talent across the organization. Duties involve job ads posting, sourcing, profiling, conducting initial interviews, endorsing candidates to the talent acquisition team and sourcing program implementation. He/She is responsible for the timely updating the Applicant Tracking System and keeping information complete and accurate.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building

• Proactive posting of job vacancies in different job portals including LinkedIn, JobStreet, social media, job boards in Manatal, and company website to reach out a wider source of applicants
• Conduct initial screening to qualified candidates to assess suitability, interest and availability
• Ensures that all candidate applications are screened and appropriately notified of their application status
• Arranges and sends interview invitations to shortlisted candidates
• Conducts initial interview and endorse long list of ten (10) qualified applicants to Talent Acquisition Team
• Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for critical and revolving door jobs thru continuous pooling initiatives via different platforms.

2. Collaboration with Talent Acquisition Team

• Endorse shortlisted candidates to Talent Acquisition with complete sourcing notes and candidate profiles
• Ensure timely submission of candidate endorsements and monitoring of candidate status
• Confirm with TA on the shortlist of candidates selected and endorse the rest for other vacancies that matches their qualification.

3. Candidate Communication & Updates

• Send notifications and status updates to candidates at each stage of the sourcing process.
• Ensure all candidates are informed of next steps in a clear and timely manner.
• Observe transparency with candidates, so as to manage expectations, following recruitment policies and guidelines

4. Data Management and Reports

• Ensure accurate inputs of vacancies and linking said vacancies to various job portals such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, social media, job boards in Manatal, and company website.
  
• Ensure timely, complete and accurate updating of candidate job status in the Applicant Tracking System on a daily basis
• Encodes, maintains, and updates monitoring reports and files related to: Applicant Database Tracking, Referral Program, Campus Programs, Job Board Programs, Events Programs and Internship Program.

5. Talent Acquisition Event Management

• Participates in company initiated programs that will support the programs of Talent Acquisition such as but not limited to Job Fairs, School Visits, Career Fair, Site Visits and HR Caravan.

Technical Competencies and Skills

Interviewing Skills, Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications, Knowledgeable on Jobstreet and LinkedIn Job Posting

Education, Trainings and Licenses Required

preferably BS Psychology, Human Resource Management
