About the role:

As a Sourcing & Regional Project Manager, you will lead sourcing activities and regional projects across the TIGA and MEA regions, with direct responsibility for non-cocoa raw materials, packaging materials and indirect procurement for the Turkey and Morocco plants.

You will play a key role in securing supply continuity, improving cost competitiveness, optimizing working capital and strengthening supplier performance. Acting as a strategic business partner, you will work closely with local, regional and global stakeholders to ensure sourcing decisions support operational and commercial goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, from market analysis and strategy development to negotiation, contracting and supplier performance management.
• Translate global and regional category strategies into sourcing plans aligned with business requirements.
• Build and develop reliable, competitive and compliant supplier portfolios.
• Monitor commodity markets, inflation, exchange rates, logistics trends and supply dynamics to support sourcing decisions.
• Prepare pricing models, cost analyses and sourcing recommendations based on data-driven insights.
• Lead supplier negotiations and manage purchasing commitments within approved authority levels.
• Develop strong supplier relationships and manage performance improvement initiatives.
• Resolve commercial, quality, service, capacity and compliance issues with suppliers.
• Identify opportunities for savings, margin improvement, working capital optimization and risk reduction.
• Support supplier qualification programs and sourcing initiatives linked to innovation and business development.
• Lead sourcing and procurement-related projects from planning through implementation.
• Manage timelines, risks, governance and benefit tracking.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of regional initiatives.
• Support value engineering, product development and investment projects through sourcing expertise.
• Collaborate with Planning, Operations, Quality, R&D, Engineering, Finance, Logistics, Sales, Legal and Sustainability teams.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, ethical standards and sustainability commitments.
• Maintain accurate supplier information, sourcing data, contracts and reporting.
• Act as a trusted advisor and sourcing partner across the organization.

About you:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement or commodity trading within an international manufacturing environment.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, supplier management and project management skills.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to interpret market dynamics and business implications.
• Experience working with commodity markets, inflation, logistics costs and exchange rate fluctuations.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and influence without direct authority.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Results-oriented, proactive and accountable.
• Commercially driven and strategically minded.
• Strong negotiator with excellent stakeholder management capabilities.

• Advanced English and Turkish are required; French and/or Arabic are an advantage.
• Strong SAP and Excel skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% domestically and internationally.
