About The Job
We’re on the hunt for a Talent Sourcer who thrives on finding hidden talent and turning connections into opportunities. You’ll play a key role in fueling our growth by creatively identifying and engaging top candidates across different markets—always thinking one step ahead to keep our pipeline strong and healthy.
As a Talent Sourcer, You Will…
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Think outside the box to research, identify, and engage top talent across various sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain strong, diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and employee referrals to generate high-quality leads.
• Nurture relationships with potential candidates to ensure a positive and engaging experience.
• Track sourcing performance through data and provide insights to enhance recruiting strategies.
• Support special sourcing projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
As a Talent Sourcer, You Have…
• Experience in sourcing or recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
• A passion for research, networking, and creative talent acquisition strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and professional approach.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to adapt quickly, prioritize tasks, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS systems.
