Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiters and the business to develop a diverse candidate pipeline.
  • Work with recruiters in defining and maintaining hiring needs while understanding requirements of the roles, the challenges, and how it fits into the organization.
  • Identify prospects through strong research by using various sourcing platforms and strategies, ie, job boards, social media, tech school, military recruitment, feet on street, etc.
  • Create, maintain, and track strategic partnerships with external groups/organizations.
  • Execute tactical outreach, craft custom outreach messaging, and screen prospective candidates.
  • Review and qualify active candidate pipeline.
  • Work with schedulers and recruiters to ensure a remarkable candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years’ technical sourcing expertise
  • Proficient in direct sourcing using social media and other recruiting strategies and tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Expert-level internet search and networking skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organization skills.
  • Creative thinker as it relates to sourcing and recruiting passive talent.
