Key Responsibilities:
Strong experience with sync processes, reconciliation logic, async processing
Solid understanding of automation governance (auditability, logging, traceability)
AI agent enablement mindset (task orchestration, confidence scoring, human-in-the-loop design)
Ability to co-design processes with customer stakeholders (not just implement tickets)
Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications and modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, Knowledge, and more.
Customize ServiceNow forms, fields, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions.
Hands on in Glide and Jelly Scripting, Java Script, HTML, XML, AJAX and integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID)
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver technical solutions that meet business needs.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
Perform system upgrades, patches, and security updates to ensure the platform is up-to-date and secure.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform, including performance, integration, and data-related problems.
Provide training and support to end-users and administrators.
Stay current with ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve the platform and deliver innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience (3 to 5years) as a ServiceNow Workflow + Integration Engineer.
ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Scripted REST APIs
Strong experience with sync processes, reconciliation logic, async processing
Solid understanding of automation governance (auditability, logging, traceability)
AI agent enablement mindset (task orchestration, confidence scoring, human-in-the-loop design)
Ability to co-design processes with customer stakeholders (not just implement tickets)
Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP) and web services.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:
ServiceNow Developer Certification or any related ServiceNow certifications.
Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration, Virtual Agent, or Service Portal.
Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Scripted REST APIs.
Familiarity with other ITSM tools and platforms.
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3-5 years' experience in ServiceNow Workflow & Integration development.
