What you'll do...
- Evaluate, grade, sort, weigh, and repackage fresh produce into original or replacement containers.
- Maintain consistent product workflow by loading and offloading cases onto pallets in the Re-pack area.
- Building pallets and tagging them appropriately with labels.
- Working cooperatively with other team members.
- Cleaning and putting away supplies after each shift.
- Other duties may be assigned.
What we look for...
- Good oral and written communication skills (ability to read and write in English, as is affected by direction and paperwork).
- Attention to detail and ability to differentiate quality levels of various products.
- Must be able to work in a consistently cold environment (between 45-50 degrees).
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis.
- Ability to stand at a sorting station table for most of the shift.
- Available to work overtime and weekends.
- Ability to meet productivity requirements while operating in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ability to multitask.
- Must be team oriented.
