The opportunity:
For our business unit Grid Automation we are looking for a Sales&Operations Planning Specialist who will support and assist S&OP implementation across countries inside EU organization.
Your responsibilities:
- Perform monthly consolidation and validation of total future demand outlook in volumes (quantities/hours) and value, to secure appropriate supply;
- Perform the review of historical sales actuals and trends, prepare forecast data, evaluate forecast results;
- Support all the functions (Sales, Tendering, Operations, SCM) to execute the planning process;
- Support demand reviews with Sales, Tendering, Operations and assists the meeting preparation if needed;
- Maintain process documents and update them according to process changes. Co-operate with team members and support them for S&OP tools utilization across the different countries inside the organization;
- Support the S&OP team to promote behavioral change to continuously improve business performance.
Your background:
- Bachelor in Engineering or Business Administration;
- Interest for supply chain and planning activities;
- Good knowledge of Excel, PowerBi will be considered a plus;
- Excellent knowledge of English;
- Proactivity, international mindset, outstanding communication skills and analytical skills are required.
