S&OP Planning Manager - GRINDERS COFFEE

About your new role…

We have an excellent opportunity to join our fun, friendly and supportive Grinders Coffee team in this awesome role of S&OP Planning Manager. You will be the conduit between Sales and Supply Planning and ensure a quality and effective S&OP plan. Using your planning and forecasting skills and collaborating with key stakeholders in our Sales and Finance teams, you will build the demand plan for the 0-24 month horizon and support supply planning in efficient fulfillment of that plan.

What will you be doing?

• - Demand Planning: Leverage the base sales plan, statistical modelling from rolling trends, causal forecasting, and market intelligence to generate and manage the Demand Plan for the Coffee business. Collaborate with the sales team to translate this plan into the Demand Planning system (APO), and manage adjustments ongoing.
• - S&OP Consensus: Lead and coordinate accurate and timely forward forecasts from all sales leads and account managers, ensuring alignment to promotional plans and calendar of activity, align with finance on volume forecast to support commercialization, and Supply Planning to manage fulfilment of Demand Plans
• - Strategic Planning and Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements and initiatives in planning processes, tools and systems to align with our long term plans and Integrated Business Planning. Act as central contact and source of truth for the S&OP process, providing the General Manager, GLT, and internal stakeholders with timely insights, updates, and risk assessments whilst building and maintaining strong relationships with CCEP counterparts.

Let’s talk about you…

• Proven experience in delivering outcomes in a commercial or supply chain environment
• Business and Commercial acumen, including ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in/ familiarity with planning tools and systems (e.g., APO, Tableau, Excel).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal & written, and proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and laterally to solve complex problems, manage ambiguity, and independently multi-task with minimal supervision.
