At RealTruck International, we’re building a more connected, data-driven, and agile supply chain organization, and we’re looking for an S&OP Manager who wants to be at the center of it. This role goes beyond maintaining spreadsheets and requires proactive, hands-on planning and problem‑solving.

You’ll help drive how our international business plans demand, align operations, manage risk, and make commercial decisions across RTD, RTT, and RTA. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations and play a key role in turning data into decisions.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead and coordinate the monthly S&OP process across multiple international business units
• Turn data, forecasts, and commercial inputs into one aligned business plan
• Drive forecasting accuracy, scenario planning, and business performance insights
• Lead end-to-end finished goods inventory management with a focus on customer on-time delivery performance and optimizing working capital
• Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Product Management, and Operations teams
• Build dashboards and reporting that help leaders make smarter, faster decisions
• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities before they become operational problems
• Help shape a more mature, data-driven planning culture across the organization
• Influence stakeholders across functions and countries

What we’re looking for

You probably come from a background in:

• S&OP
• Demand Planning
• Supply Chain Planning
• Integrated Business Planning
• Commercial Planning or Analytics

And you likely have:

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large datasets
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Power BI
• A commercial mindset, not just operational thinking
• The ability to communicate clearly with both operational teams and leadership
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, international environment

Practical Information

The position is based at our international HQ in Frederikssund, Denmark and it’s a hybrid position with a work life balance flexibility.

You may expect approximately 10–20% international travel
