This is an amazing opportunity as a S&OP Intern for a hardworking New Graduate/Master's student, interested in making a difference at Kraft Heinz!

The position will be part of the Demand and Logistics Department in Milan, where you will join a passionate team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level.

Are you up for the challenge?

In brief, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the team with reporting, data management and analysis;
  • Supervising on network activities like stock management, order management, and flows optimization;
  • Control service levels (KPIs)
  • Detailed analysis, process maps and problems identification;
  • Providing fresh ideas and developing projects with the aim of process improvement and cost savings.

What we expect from you:

  • Master's degree in engineering / business administration or similar (achieved or close to be achieved);
  • High level of commitment and analytical thinking;
  • Strong communication skills and independent way of working;
  • Advanced command of MS Excel
  • Proficient in English and Italian
  • EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) is required in order to proceed for this position.

Professional Attributes

Strong Affinity with Sales and/or data analytics looking to be trained in real business life conditions.

Communication Skills You’ll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level. Therefore, it’s important you have excellent communication skills to deal with all kinds of different stakeholders.

Confident You’re a go getter, you’re not easily thrown off your game, not even when you get resistance.
