The Associate Sonographer performs diagnostic ultrasound examinations to assist providers in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. This role operates ultrasound imaging equipment and associated software to obtain high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and exceptional service.
The Associate Sonographer works closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other healthcare team members to support timely and accurate patient care. This position requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced Women's Health clinical setting.
In the state of Arkansas, ARDMS-RVT, CCI-RVS, or ARRT-VS may be required within twelve (12) months of hire and/or transfer depending on the scope of the role.
