As a Sommelier at Atria, you play a central role in delivering a refined and memorable dining experience within one of Melbourne’s leading fine dining destinations. Your passion for wine, paired with a deep understanding of food and service, allows you to guide guests through curated selections that elevate every moment of their visit. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations 
• Answer guest questions regarding all beverage related items including but not limited to origin, vintage and style of various wines.
• Create wine lists showcasing your inner creativity and maintain respective inventories
• Conduct training sessions to increase the beverage knowledge of all team members
• Serve and connect with guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience 
• Understand guest requirements, delivering service excellence with each guest experience  
• Assist with the bar operational tasks if required
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, exhibiting our legendary service and enabling future bookings
