What will you do:
To have an extensive knowledge of LPM products (both on food and beverages), allowing to attend to every guest's needs and questions.
To have a good knowledge of wines, food and wine pairings and always thriving to extend skills and learn more.
To participate on the development of training to the rest of the FOH team and share the knowledge accordingly.
To guide the guests in ordering the most suitable wine to pair with his meal, properly opening and serving the wine as per standards and always maintain high level of wine service and satisfaction throughout the experience.
What you need:
WSET level 2 or equivalent
1 year as junior sommelier
English – excellent oral and written
Attention to details, speed and accuracy
Selling skills
Organizational and time management

LPM is first and foremost food-driven, and ingredient-led with fresh and light French Riviera-inspired cuisine. LPM’s simplicity is found in fresh Mediterranean produce, with dishes using artichokes, courgettes, lemons, olives, and tomatoes, alongside the freshest seafood, meat, and pasta.
