Vi på IKEA Industry Hultsfred söker vikarier för sommaren 2026 för att täcka upp under vår semesterperiod vecka 26-33. Vi söker främst operatörer, truckförare, lastmaskinsförare men även andra tjänster för att stärka vårt team. Introduktionen planeras under våren på tider som passar både dig och oss, för att säkerställa att du får bästa mjöliga start.
Arbetet som operatör innebär att du säkerställer att produktionen bedrivs enligt våra uppsatta rutiner och mål. Du ansvarar för daglig skötsel av maskinutrustning och genomför kvalitets-och produktionskontroller.
Som lastmaskinsförare och truckförare ansvarar du för packning, lastning och lossning samt tillser att produktionen har produktionsmaterial.
Arbetstider är antingen skiftgång eller dagtid beroende på befattning.
Vi söker dig som har fyllt 18 år senast 1 april 2026. Du har god datavana samt förmåga att ta till dig skriftliga instruktioner. Som person är du ansvarsfull, riskmedveten och har en god förmåga att samarbeta med andra. Att arbeta i team är något du trivs med och du anpassar dig lätt till förändrade förutsättningar. Din nyfikenhet gör att du lätt tar till dig ny kunskap och ser möjligheter till utveckling.
Vidare delar du IKEAs värderingar och har en naturlig förmåga att bygga relationer och kommunicerar effektivt med kollegor på både din och andra avdelningar.
