Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development

  • Manage and support the end-to-end sales cycle for assigned accounts or territories.
  • Develop and execute sales activities to meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Identify potential leads through networking, outreach, and referrals, and convert prospects into active clients.
  • Present and promote telecom and IT solutions that address the operational and business needs of different industries.
  • Maintain regular engagement with prospects and clients to strengthen business opportunities.
  • Solution Design and Collaboration
  • Work closely with pre-sales engineers and product specialists to develop client-focused solutions and proposals.
  • Participate in solution discussions, requirement-gathering sessions, and product demonstrations.
  • Coordinate with delivery and technical teams to ensure the feasibility and accurate scoping of proposed solutions.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, pricing structures, and supporting documentation for client submissions.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Understand client business objectives and identify opportunities where technology solutions can provide value.
  • Support client engagements through regular follow-ups, account discussions, and solution updates.
  • Assist in conducting periodic account reviews to maintain long-term client partnerships.

Sales Operations and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of opportunities, proposals, and contracts within the CRM system.
  • Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, deal status, and forecasting to sales leadership.
  • Support RFP/RFQ responses, pricing discussions, and basic contract coordination.
  • Ensure adherence to internal sales processes and documentation standards.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in telecommunications, IT solutions, SaaS, or cloud services.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sales opportunities from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Experience engaging with business decision-makers and client stakeholders.
  • Exposure to solution selling and working with technical teams to build client proposals.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Basic to advanced understanding of telecommunications or IT infrastructure solutions is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Amenability to work in Muntinlupa

Job Type: Full-Time Permanent

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9AM-6PM (PH Time)

Location: Full-Onsite and Field Work,Muntinlupa City
