Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HVAC Solution Sales Engineer to join a world leader in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air-Conditioning) equipment & systems, services & solutions. This is a newly created position due to business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and propose customized HVAC solutions to clients
• Drive full chiller plant solution sales, including:
  • Chillers
  • Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • Energy solutions
  • Maintenance service contracts
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Achieve individual sales targets (orders, revenue, margins, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Energy, or related technical field (relevant experience will be considered)
• Proven HVAC sales experience is a must
• Candidates with experience in:
  • Chiller systems (commercial air-conditioning brands)
  • HVAC contractors
  • BMS Sales Engineering
    
    will have a strong advantage
• Strong technical and solution-selling capabilities
• Self-motivated with strong business acumen

Remuneration & Benefits

• Competitive Basic Salary
• Transport Allowance: $1,000 (if driving)
• No AWS
• On-Target Variable Bonus: 40% of annual base salary (equivalent to approx. 4.8 months), subject to individual performance and KPI achievement (orders, sales, margin, etc.)
• 5-day work week
• Annual Leave: 16–21 days
