  • 5 years of experience in business development, product management, solution selling, or related roles involving data center power and thermal management technologies, with hands-on or customer-facing exposure to both liquid cooling and air-cooling solutions
  • Familiarity with end-to-end thermal solutions, including cold plates, CDUs, manifolds, liquid cooling loops, server/appliance-level thermal design, rack-scale cooling, and data center thermal management
  • Experience with HVAC systems or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) disciplines is a plus
  • Prior experience working with OEMs, data center operators, or technology partners in product management, product marketing, sales, or business development is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to technical and business stakeholders
  • Proven ability in relationship management, negotiation, and contributing to the win of mid- to large-scale opportunities
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners in a collaborative environment
