WHO ARE WE HIRING?

We are looking for a Solutions Manager to drive the strategy, evolution, and lifecycle management of our Smart City and IoT solutions portfolio. In this role, you will work at the intersection of business, technology, and customer value, ensuring our solutions align with market opportunities and Schréder’s strategic objectives.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Define and manage the strategy, vision, and roadmap for solutions within the Hyperion portfolio.
  • Lead and coordinate solution specialists, fostering collaboration, ownership, and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, country teams, customers, and stakeholders to identify market opportunities and define solution value propositions.
  • Translate business opportunities and customer needs into solution requirements, use cases, and priorities.
  • Manage the complete solution lifecycle, from ideation and scoping through development, launch, evolution, and end-of-life management.
  • Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure successful execution aligned with business priorities and scope.
  • Evaluate and prioritize solution requests, balancing customer impact, strategic alignment, technical feasibility, and business value.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to continuously evolve the portfolio.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure solution adoption, performance, and business impact.
  • Support go-to-market activities and collaborate with commercial and support teams to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
  • Represent Schréder Hyperion in industry initiatives, partnerships, and relevant technology forums.

Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product management, solution management, or similar strategic roles within software, IoT, or Smart City domains.
  • Strong understanding of solution lifecycle management and roadmap definition.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution and operational follow-through.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Experience translating customer and business needs into actionable requirements.
  • Familiarity with IoT, cloud platforms, Smart Cities, or connected systems is considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written in both native and English languages.
