Job Description
The Solutions Lead (Technical Textile) will drive business development initiatives by identifying market opportunities, developing customer-focused textile solutions, and supporting sales growth. The role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative technical textile solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Attract new clients with innovative solutions and contribute to expanding the business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Develop and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients as per the requirement
- Collaborate with the management team to formulate and execute business development strategies.
- Achieve and surpass sales goals by securing agreements and contracts with new clients
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts and provide regular reports and updates to management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Textile Technology or similar capacity.
- 1 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing or solution-based sales would be an added advantage.
- Ability to understand and translate technical product specifications into commercial value propositions.
- Strong understanding of textile manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
