As a Solutions Implementation Specialist, you will play a key role in guiding customer engagement and driving product adoption for packaged Solution Services customers. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Training, and Consulting teams, you will help deliver seamless implementations that accelerate time to value and create exceptional customer experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for a solutions-oriented professional who thrives in SaaS environments and enjoys translating business needs into impactful, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Recommend, design, and build solutions that accelerate time to value for customers within Solution Services guidelines

  • Configure and support application integrations with platforms such as Jira, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Smartsheet product capabilities and solution best practices

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer implementations and strong product adoption

  • Expand the solution portfolio by demonstrating implementation and design best practices across a variety of industries and business functions

  • Develop processes and best practices that help customers realize maximum value from the platform

  • Assess solution feasibility and provide costing support for new sales engagements

  • Review and validate solution designs created by other Services team members

  • Share customer and implementation feedback with Product and Platform Engineering teams to help inform future product and service opportunities

  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to a range of stakeholders, including non-technical end users in enterprise environments

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Business Management Consulting or a related field

  • Hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and implementing Smartsheet solutions

  • Experience delivering SaaS solutions across scoping, design, configuration, customization, and implementation

  • Strong project management skills, including timeline management, scope management, and execution

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively

  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and strong in follow-up and execution within defined timelines

  • Collaborative mindset with a strong desire to work in a team-oriented environment

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of equivalent work experience
