We are working with a rapidly growing global cloud communications software provider (with 30% growth in Q3). Listed on the NYC stock exchange, they help brands create interactive connections with customers, partnering with enterprises to provide promotional and transactional messages across key messaging channels.
They are in need of a Solutions Engineer (focused on Pre-Sales) to join their Solutions Engineering team to play a critical role in driving business and revenue growth, working alongside their Sales structure. You will be making use of your strong communication skills and technical aptitude to produce value propositions for products, as well as implementing pre-sales presentations to targeted customers. You must be a team player, as you will be working directly with Sales, Account Management and Product teams, to best create and present demonstrations of the product range to precisely meet client needs. You will also be responsible for driving responses to RFIs / RFPs, as well as the delivery of unsolicited proposals. Knowledge of mobile messaging (SMS, MMS, RCS & OTT Messaging, etc), web technologies (HTTP, HTML, XML) and proven technical sales is also key.
