As a Solutions Engineer within the Global Technology organization, you will build products,servicesand tools to grow our business,operatesmartly, deliver superior investmentresultsand propel business teams with the use of technology through in-house and vendor products. As a Solutions Engineer, you will be making technical decisionsaroundhow best to serve our customers through the products we offer. Based in our Luxembourg office, you will have frequent interactions with governance and oversight functions in fund administration, legal, compliance, funddistributionand risk management. You willrepresentGlobal Technology in this important office, but you will be directly supported by your colleagues globally.

Whatyou’llbe doing:

• Deliveringregulatory initiatives across the Luxembourg Management Company and operating regions whilemonitoringand anticipating regulatory developments, with a focus on operational resilience (e.g., DORA, outsourcing, ICT risk).

• Managing technology reporting requirements to the different governance forumsandconducting officers

• Liaising with the Risk Management, Corporate Governance,Auditand Information Security teams to ensure thatprocesses andpractices meet all regulatory demands.

• RepresentingCapital Group in industry workgroups and staying abreast of latest developments in Fintech andRegtech

• Implementingand managingAI solutions across Europe and Asia, covering product strategy, design, prioritization, and lifecycle using no‑code, low‑code, and pro‑code approaches.

• Build data‑ and AI‑driven systems, including data pipelines,retrievaland agent‑based architectures (LLMs, ML, vector databases, APIs), and multi‑step asynchronous workflows.

• Deliver scalable, reliable solutions using strong software engineering practices and cloud platforms (AWS and Azure), with a focus on quality, observability, and resilience.

• Building relationships with your customers, partnerteamsand the engineers on your team.

• Influencingyour team’s technical decisions by making insightful contributions to team priorities and approach.

• Helping inidentifyingand solving ambiguous problems.

Your background and who you are:

• You have a background insolutionsengineering and a passion to learn.

• You'vemade mistakes in the past and have learned a lot from them. You apply thislearningregularly.

• You believe there aregenerally multipleways to solve a technical problem, each with different trade-offs.

• You approach projects, tasks, and unknowns with curiosity, and enjoy sharing what you know and what you learn with the people around you.

• Youcanput yourselfintoyourcustomer'sshoes. Youfrequentlyimmerse yourself inthe customerexperience to understand how you can better serve them.

Qualifications:

• BS in Computer Science or related field, or an equivalent in relevant work experience.

• Experience in software developmentand Cloud-first design, (Serverless databases and functions, dynamic autoscaling, container orchestration, etc.).

• Experience in delivering AI solutionsleveragingdifferent architecture patterns

• Exposure to regulatoryreporting,complianceand monitoring in theLuxembourgCSSF or European context.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
