What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end technical customer journey, including pre-sales discovery, demos, trials, onboarding, and ongoing customer success.
- Conduct technical discovery calls to assess customer environments and requirements related to LTE, 5G, and DAS.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and define clear evaluation plans, ensuring alignment with customer success criteria and timelines.
- Manage trials and pilots from setup through training and configuration, focusing on achieving rapid time-to-value for customers.
- Serve as the primary problem solver, troubleshooting wireless/network issues and addressing technical inquiries in real-time.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers through regular touchpoints and ensure measurable adoption outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to translate customer feedback into actionable product insights and improvements.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 6–12 years of experience in a technical sales or solutions engineering role, ideally within the software or telecommunications industry.
- Proficiency in Python and a solid understanding of full-stack development principles.
- Experience with LTE, 5G, and DAS technologies, along with a strong ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving successful outcomes through effective technical support.
Preferred
- Experience in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with creating onboarding guides, demo scripts, and troubleshooting workflows to enhance customer experience.
- Previous exposure to customer success strategies or product management processes that align with technical sales.
Compensation and Benefits
