What You Will Do
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor Voice AI solutions that meet their requirements.
- Implement and deploy Voice AI Agents efficiently, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the deployment process to maintain client satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support during the sales cycle.
- Analyze client feedback and usage metrics to continuously improve product offerings and customer experience.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 3–6 years of experience in a technical sales or solutions engineering role.
- Proficiency in Python and Go, with a strong understanding of software development principles.
- Experience in deploying and integrating technology solutions in a client-facing environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred
- Familiarity with voice technology and AI applications.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and deployment processes.
