We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our team in France If you’re looking to work in an international company in a role that offers autonomy, ownership and impact, this is the role for you!
As a Logistics Solutions Engineer, you’ll bridge the gap between our commercial and technical teams. You’ll deliver tailored demos, translate customer needs into actionable insights, and ensure prospects and customers see the full value of the Qargo platform.
This role combines customer-facing expertise with industry knowledge and technical problem-solving. You’ll collaborate closely with Business Development Managers, Product, and Engineering teams, shaping the way transport companies experience Qargo.
Deliver live demos and technical walk-throughs of the Qargo platform
Customize demo environments to reflect each prospect’s workflow
Support BDMs by qualifying technical fit and providing solution mapping
Translate customer requirements into clear input for our Product team
Keep sales teams updated on roadmap items and upcoming features
Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to deliver customer value
Travel occasionally for on-site demos and customer meetings
Based in France, fluent in English and French
+3 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role (support, onboarding, consulting, pre-sales, or similar)
Background in the transport or logistics sector, you understand the day-to-day realities of the industry
Comfortable communicating with both technical and commercial audiences
Strong analytical mindset, quick learner, hands-on approach to problem-solving
Familiarity with CRM systems (like HubSpot) and demo tooling is a plus
Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus (but definitely not required)
This is a remote role To make travel to customers and internal teams easier, and we welcome applications from anywhere in France
