Job Description

We’re looking for a Solution Engineer who can bridge the gap between product and prospect someone who can uncover technical needs, craft tailored demos, and guide customers toward the “aha” moment where Introw’s value becomes undeniable. You’ll play a central role in shaping the customer journey from first conversation to signed deal, ensuring every prospect understands how Introw integrates on top of their CRM and transforms the way they generate partner revenue.

As we embark on our growth journey, we're seeking a dedicated full-time Account Executive/Full-stack Sales professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll work closely with the founding team, united in our mission to revolutionize ecosystem selling from conception to implementation. PS: Contractors are welcome to apply!

Our offices are located in the heart of vibrant, fast-moving Ghent, Belgium.

Tasks

  • Partner with Sales & Product to understand prospect needs, business objectives, and technical environments.
  • Deliver tailored demos, deep-dives, and proof-of-concepts that clearly communicate Introw’s value.
  • Translate complex capabilities into simple, outcome-focused explanations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Act as the technical bridge between Sales, Product, and customers aligning on requirements, integrations, and solution design.
  • Analyze CRM setups and workflows to recommend effective use cases, architecture, and implementation paths.
  • Address technical questions and objections throughout the evaluation process with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Support onboarding after signature by guiding initial configuration, CRM integration, and early adoption best practices.
  • Resolve early-stage technical issues and collaborate with Customer Success for a smooth handoff into long-term management.
  • Provide structured feedback to Product & Engineering and help build scalable demo flows, documentation, and repeatable processes.

Requirements

  • You are in love with the product: You have a deep passion for sales and technology and are eager to sell innovative solutions.
  • You are in love with the narrative: You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are driven to achieve results.
  • You’re a builder: You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are driven to achieve results.
  • SaaS CSM Experience: You have a minimum of two years of experience in SaaS CSM, preferably with both SMEs and enterprise clients.
  • Bonus: Bonus points if you have experience working with HubSpot or Salesforce
