We're looking for passionate Solutions Design Analysts to join our growing team in India. This role is ideal for professionals with a Business Analyst mindset who enjoy analyzing complex clinical trial requirements, engaging with stakeholders, and translating business needs into effective technology solutions.

If you have a background in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Healthcare Technology, or Business Analysis, along with experience in eCOA, ePRO, IRT/RTSM, eConsent, or other clinical technologies, you'll play a critical role in bridging the gap between clinical study requirements and system design. Your work will directly contribute to improving patient, site, and sponsor experiences while helping bring innovative therapies to market faster.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as the primary liaison between sponsors, project teams, and technical stakeholders to analyze, document, and translate clinical trial requirements into scalable technology solutions.
  • Lead requirements gathering workshops and discovery sessions to understand protocol objectives, study workflows, and operational needs.
  • Manage and coordinate the end-to-end Solutions Design process, ensuring clinical protocols are accurately translated into system specifications and configurations.
  • Produce clear business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and design documentation to support study implementations.
  • Provide business analysis expertise during client-facing meetings, helping stakeholders understand solution capabilities, constraints, and recommendations.
  • Create and maintain study-specific configuration and design specifications for Clario products and services.
  • Analyze system, workflow, and data requirements to ensure consistency between clinical data capture, reporting, delivery, and database structures.
  • Partner with Clinical Systems Translation & Licensing to ensure appropriate questionnaire versions and content are implemented.
  • Support validation and quality review activities by investigating and resolving design-related issues and defects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze study issues, identify root causes, and recommend process or system improvements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize business processes, documentation standards, and solution delivery practices.
  • Work closely with Clinical Project Managers to ensure sponsor requirements and business objectives are effectively translated into system solutions.
  • Lead or participate in internal and external design reviews, solution workshops, and milestone meetings.
  • Represent Solutions Design during client audits by explaining solution methodologies, business processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Support Business Development and Project Management teams by reviewing study protocols, assessing feasibility, and providing solution recommendations for new opportunities.
  • Configure clinical technology platforms in alignment with approved business requirements and configuration specifications.

What We Look For

  • BSc, MSc, or PhD in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Healthcare, Clinical Research, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst, Clinical Business Analyst, Clinical Research Associate (CRA), Clinical Research Manager, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Solutions Analyst, or similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and system requirements across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of clinical research processes, clinical trial operations, and eClinical technologies.
  • Experience with eCOA/ePRO, IRT/RTSM, eConsent, Clinical Adjudication, or other healthcare technology platforms is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex workflows and translate business requirements into functional system solutions.
  • Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions, requirement workshops, and client-facing meetings.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, process-mapping, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional environments with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Passion for leveraging technology to improve clinical trial execution, patient engagement, and healthcare outcomes.
