About This Role:

We’re looking for a full-time Solutions Consultant to join our Sales team reporting to the RVP, Solutions Consulting & Customer Success. This role is a hybrid role based out of our London location.

In this role, you’ll play a key role in driving successful customer outcomes by aligning Gainsight’s platform capabilities with client business needs and delivering impactful, tailored solutions across the customer journey. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with teams like Sales, Product, Marketing, and Professional Services. The ideal candidate brings strong skills in solution design, stakeholder management, and product storytelling.

What You'll Do:

The ideal candidate brings strong skills in value-based storytelling, technical solution design, and enterprise pre-sales execution.

  • Lead discovery sessions to understand client business needs and translate them into Gainsight use cases.

  • Create and deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations for both business and technical audiences.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to shape solution strategies and technical narratives.

  • Develop and present solution storyboards and configure demo environments tailored to client challenges.

  • Respond to technical RFPs/RFIs with accurate and timely input.

  • Support pilots and proof-of-concept engagements with a hands-on, consultative approach.

  • Participate in ongoing enablement, product updates, and internal knowledge sharing.

This is not a complete list of responsibilities, and the scope of the role may evolve with the needs of the team and business. This role will require occasional travel for team meetings, training, or company events.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–5 years of experience in software pre-sales, consulting, product management, or customer success

  • Degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in complex sales cycles

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Technical understanding of APIs, relational databases (SQL, Redshift, MongoDB), and SaaS architecture

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and data integration workflows preferred

  • Working knowledge of customer success, digital adoption, or community platforms
