The Role:
As a Solutions Consultant for Kainos’ Smart Test product, you will play a key presales role in engaging prospects and customers, helping them improve testing quality, reduce release risk, and gain confidence in their Workday changes. Working closely with Account Executives, you will support/lead discovery, deliver compelling demonstrations, and clearly articulate the business value of Smart Test to both technical and executive stakeholders.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solution selling, understands Workday and testing challenges, and can translate complex concepts into meaningful business outcomes.
