Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and business-focused Oracle Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise solutions across Oracles ERP and cloud application landscape. This role is responsible for defining scalable architectures, ensuring integration alignment, and driving solution delivery across finance, procurement, supply chain, or HCM domains.

The ideal candidate brings deep technical and functional expertise in Oracle Cloud or E-Business Suite environments and a proven ability to lead solution architecture across complex digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and lead end-to-end Oracle ERP and/or Cloud Application architectures in support of enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing Oracle solutions across relevant domains (Finance, Procurement, SCM, HCM).
• Define integration strategies between Oracle platforms and external systems using middleware or APIs.
• Guide the configuration, development, and deployment of Oracle solutions in collaboration with functional and technical teams.
• Support data migration planning, security and role design, and change impact analysis.
• Ensure architecture decisions align with enterprise standards, compliance needs, and cloud best practices.
• Participate in solution review boards, client workshops, and technical governance processes.
• Stay current on Oracle product roadmaps, enhancements, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise solution design and delivery, including 5+ years focused on Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Strong understanding of business processes and configurations in at least one core area: Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or HCM.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Identity Management, and cloud infrastructure (OCI or hybrid).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional solution teams and collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business units.
• Strong documentation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Architect
• Oracle Cloud ERP or HCM Implementation Specialist
• TOGAF or other architecture framework certifications
