The role:

Are you a hands-on Solution Architect with a software development background who enjoys working closely with clients to design and deliver digital transformation solutions? We're looking for a Solution Architect to join our dynamic team in Adelaide, where you'll play a key role in both architecture and client engagement/presales.

We’re looking for someone with broad experience across the Microsoft ecosystem – from .NET and Azure through to M365, SharePoint or PowerPlatform (rather than deep specialisation in any one product area).

You’ll have the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of clients, projects, and technologies - become part of our team to make a significant impact and advance your career!

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of application and enterprise-level solutions (such as COTS solutions, .NET applications, mobile applications, M365, Azure etc).

• Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks to optimise architecture and delivery.

• Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and development teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, secure and sustainable designs.

• Identify risks and mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

• Produce high-quality architectural documentation and design artefacts.

• Work closely with the sales team to support presales activities.

Skills and Experience Required:

• A background in software development and 5+ years in solution architecture.

• Broad experience across the Microsoft stack – .NET, Azure, and M365 – with exposure to technologies such as Power Platform, SharePoint desirable.

• Proven ability to deliver complex enterprise solutions in a consulting environment.

• Presales experience and confidence engaging directly with clients and stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of architecture principles, design patterns, and modern cloud-native approaches.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Expertise in designing solutions with a focus on architectural integrity, scalability, and security.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, business analysts, and development teams.

• Broad knowledge and skills across the Microsoft technology stack such as .NET development, Azure, M365, and related technologies.

• Excellent understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and industry best practices
