About The Role:

As a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions, helping clients transform business processes and maximise the value of their Salesforce investment. Acting as a trusted advisor to both business and technology stakeholders, you will provide architectural leadership across complex programs, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with strategic objectives.

What You'll Be Doing:

Architecture & Solution Leadership

• Lead architecture workshops and technical discovery sessions with clients.
• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions that align business objectives with platform best practices.
• Develop solution architectures, integration strategies, data models, security frameworks, and implementation roadmaps.
• Ensure solution designs balance scalability, maintainability, usability, and commercial outcomes.
• Provide governance and architectural oversight throughout the project lifecycle.

Salesforce Platform Expertise:

• Architect solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem including CRM, customer engagement, automation, analytics, integration, AI-enabled capabilities, and platform services.
• Define architectural standards, design patterns, and development best practices.
• Drive platform adoption and long-term solution sustainability.
• Stay current with Salesforce product innovations, release cycles, industry trends, and ecosystem technologies.

Delivery:

• Collaborate closely with Functional Consultants, Project Managers, Developers, and client stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
• Review technical designs and ensure alignment with business and functional requirements.
• Guide complex integration, automation, data migration, and transformation initiatives.
• Support proof-of-concepts, solution demonstrations, and technical governance activities.
• Contribute to estimation, project planning, and risk management activities.

Client Advisory & Presales:

• Act as a trusted advisor to executive, business, and technology stakeholders.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution shaping, proposals, bid responses, and client presentations.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes and strategic recommendations.

Leadership & Mentoring:

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring across the Salesforce practice.
• Support the development of consultants, developers, and emerging architects.
• Participate in capability development, recruitment, and community initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years of Salesforce consulting experience, including significant experience in solution architecture and enterprise delivery.
• Proven success designing and delivering complex Salesforce transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, integration frameworks, security models, automation, data strategy, and governance.
• Experience leading architecture across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently from technical teams through to executive leadership.
• Salesforce certifications aligned to architecture, platform, integration, or application design disciplines.
• Experience defining solution roadmaps and target-state architecture for enterprise clients.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to contribute to business development and growth initiatives.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.
