Job Description

Do you get energized helping customers solve complex problems, not just on a whiteboard, but by building alongside them?

We're looking for a Solutions Architect to join our CSC team, working with SMB and/or Enterprise customers across the full breadth of their cloud journey. You'll help customers migrate to the cloud, modernize legacy applications and databases, build cloud-native solutions, and explore how GenAI & Agentic AI can drive their business forward.

We value practitioners, people whose judgment is grounded in real-world experience building and shipping solutions. You'll partner hands-on with customers, turning ideas into working prototypes and production-ready architectures. Whether the challenge is a complex migration, a legacy modernization, a greenfield application, or helping a customer understand how AI can transform their business, you'll bring curiosity, technical depth, and a bias for action.

Key job responsibilities
- Partner with customers and partners to understand their business objectives and design cloud solutions that address their specific needs across adoption, migration, modernization, and new workload scenarios.
- Build and validate solutions by developing prototypes and proofs of concept alongside customer teams, then guide the implementation of production-ready architectures.
- Lead cloud migration initiatives by assessing current environments, planning migration strategies, and supporting customers through the transition to ensure efficiency and security.
- Explore and communicate emerging technology opportunities, including AI and other innovations, to help customers enhance their applications, operations, and customer experiences.
- Share knowledge and build community through technical workshops, content creation, and engagement activities that help customers and partners develop their cloud capabilities.

Basic Qualifications


- 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
- 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
- Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience communicating complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
- Foundational knowledge of generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and machine learning concepts, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply ML techniques to real-world applications.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage
- AWS certification, such as, AWS Solutions Architect, or a similar cloud certification, or Cloud Technology Certification
- 5+ years of experience architecting, migrating, or building solutions on cloud platforms, with hands-on experience with AWS services. Desirable knowledge of AWS AI/ML services such as Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Q, Amazon Rekognition, Amazon Comprehend, or Amazon Transcribe.
- AI/ML certifications: AWS Certified AI Practitioner or AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty certification desired. Equivalent certifications from other cloud providers are also welcome.
