Position Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver both strategic and technical consultancy around data and AI transformation initiatives, connecting business strategy with technical implementation. To achieve this, design and implement data analytics and AI solutions on AWS cloud while owning and executing strategic programs that include maturity assessments, data roadmap definitions, and data design thinking engagements. Through these engagements, conduct specialized technical assessments of current data architectures and AI readiness, which inform the design of future-state architectures leveraging AWS data and AI services. Based on these assessments, develop comprehensive implementation roadmaps that combine technical expertise with strategic business outcomes, while guiding executive stakeholders through technical decision-making for data and AI initiatives. In the technical implementation phase, architect end-to-end data pipelines and serve as Subject Matter Expert in data and AI AWS services including Data Lakes, Big Data, Data Warehousing, Streaming, Business Intelligence, Data Governance, Generative AI, and Search and Operational Analytics. To promote knowledge sharing and industry leadership, serve as a specialized data analytics and AI domain expert speaker at internal and external events, while creating technical workshops, blog posts, reference architectures, and implementation guides.

Position Requirements:

Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, AI, or related field and four years of experience in the job offered or related occupations of Data Architect, Solutions Architect, Data Engineer, or another related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, AI, or related field and eight years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and four years of experience. Must have four years of experience in the following skills: (1) designing and implementing data analytics solutions in cloud environments; (2) architecting data pipelines and working with data technologies including Hadoop, Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, and either Iceberg or Hudi; (3) experience with data governance frameworks.
