Responsibilities
Contribute to building next-gen AI products and prototypes in collaboration with Meta product engineering teams and cross functional partners to meet business needs
* Understand business challenges to define and drive strategies to help businesses grow at scale
* Use broad range of technical and soft skills to build productive relationships with our partners, and independently resolve complex technical and business needs
* Work closely with sales teams to unlock and develop new opportunities by developing an understanding on business goals and industry trends
* Influence the AI industry through technology by participating in industry conferences and presenting to executive-level audience
* Understand and apply knowledge of products, technologies and business to build solutions to solve for problems at scale
* Break down coding projects into tasks and partner with all applicable teams and partners to meet pre-established goals
* Build relationships with team members and cross functional partners
* Influence decision-making through presentation of data-centric business topics
* Participate in interviewing and on-boarding of new team members
Qualifications
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
* Experience with scalable software platforms applications and taking products from zero-to-one to a level of maturity
* Experience with web, mobile, or enterprise technology stack
* Experience communicating with technical and business audience at prospects or clients
* Experience working with LLMs, agentic AI, and/or related AI/ML technologies
* Experience working in highly collaborative, dynamic, and ambiguous environments
* Experience demonstrating knowledge of industry technology areas and trends
* 4+ years of experience working with software systems including querying, SQL scripting, and working with API development
* 5+ years of combined experience as an Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Partner/Sales Engineer
* Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
* Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is required Experience working in a startup or similar early stage company
* Knowledge of the AI, advertising, and social media landscape globally
* Experience working with enterprise customers and B2B GTM motion
* Experience with agile software development methodologies
* Experience working with global teams
* Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
* Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
* Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
