Job Responsibilities:

• Drive the utilization of products and services among stablecoin issuers, banks, digital asset service providers, large enterprises, and governmental organizations through strategic technical sales support.
• Serve as the primary technical resource for addressing inquiries throughout the sales process, encompassing business and technical presentations, hands-on demonstrations, and managing tender submissions (e.g., RFI and RFP).
• Deliver comprehensive insights into products and solutions to prospective clients, respond to requests for information or proposals, and furnish detailed technical specifications for proposed solutions.
• Act as a liaison between the international sales team and engineering/product divisions, offering data-driven customer feedback to identify new opportunities and enhance overall satisfaction.
• Spearhead technical discussions with clients throughout the product development, deployment, and production phases.

Job Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in global technical software presales, particularly within the financial services and/or government sectors.
• More than 3 years of hands-on software development experience, ideally with a focus on blockchain or Web3 technologies.
• Strong familiarity with cloud computing, enterprise SaaS, and blockchain technologies.
• Ability to engage with clients at a developer level to thoroughly understand their technical requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams based in China.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated success in addressing complex technical challenges for clients.
• Background in a dynamic, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving landscape.
• Proficient in articulating intricate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Comfort with a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) strategy, demonstrating openness to optimizing products or services based on market and client feedback.
• Preferably experienced in RFI, RFP, and open tender processes, particularly with projects related to the Hong Kong government.
