Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Translate the Global Automation & Robotics strategy into a cohesive, forward‑looking solution architecture roadmap.
• Serve as an architectural advisor to the Global Head of Robotics & Automation, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and strategic opportunities.
• Ensure alignment between business goals, automation strategy, and technical implementation across all initiatives.
• Define high‑level and detailed architectures for RPA, Intelligent Automation, and AI‑enabled solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Establish and maintain architectural standards, patterns, guardrails, and governance frameworks across the automation ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with the Technical Lead, AI Expert, and Senior RPA Business Analysts to translate requirements into feasible and efficient solution designs.
• Continuously evaluate emerging automation, AI, and integration technologies, recommending enhancements and supporting proof‑of‑concept initiatives.
• Provide architectural oversight across multiple projects, reviewing solution designs and guiding critical technical decisions prior to development and deployment.
• Support escalation and resolution of complex architectural or cross‑technology challenges to ensure resilience, compliance, and successful delivery.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience working as a Solution Architect within Automation, RPA, or Intelligent Automation environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, integrations, and security principles.
• Experience designing large‑scale automation solutions within complex, global organizations.
• Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and guide key architectural decisions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain architectural concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience working closely with AI, RPA, and software engineering teams.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones.
• Willingness to travel occasionally based on project needs.

How Would You Stand Out?

• Demonstrated experience architecting scalable, secure, and future‑ready automation or intelligent automation solutions within a global or enterprise environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders—including RPA Business Analysts, AI Experts, and Technical Leads—while providing clear architectural guidance and governance across initiatives.
• Proven expertise in aligning automation strategies with broader organizational objectives, ensuring solutions adhere to governance, standards, and the Global Automation & Robotics roadmap.
