Job Description

The Business Engineering Team is looking for a Solutions Architect with an a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing technical solutions for clients. As a Solutions Architect, you will help clients realize the full potential of Meta's marketing, messaging, and business solutions by enabling clients to realize the full potential of Meta's marketing, messaging, and business solutions and even defining new solutions. You will work with executives at top-tier companies on their industry-leading initiatives, translating their business goals into a technical execution strategy using Meta's suite of platforms and products. This role will allow you to apply your problem-solving skills to achieving real-world results at Meta scale.

Solutions Architects play a crucial role in understanding the business context and challenges of our clients and transforming them into tangible solutions through the use of our platforms and products. You will work closely with our product teams to ensure that our products are tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients and markets.

Our goal is to engineer and accelerate business growth for our clients through our platforms. Our approach aims to maximize positive impact for our clients as well as the billions of people that use their products and services.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted technical advisor to Meta's clients — working directly with them to understand their challenges, designing solution architectures that leverage Meta's platforms, and feeding field insights back to Product teams to shape platform capabilities

• Act as a technical consultant and subject matter expert on Meta's marketing, messaging, and business solutions for major companies across industries
• Guide our clients to the most optimal implementations by walking them through the technical details of Meta's platforms, APIs, and products; lead technical architecture reviews to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Meta’s platform direction
• Work closely with sales teams to proactively identify and unlock new opportunities — leveraging client relationships to diagnose growth areas, drive technical wins that expand Meta's platform footprint
• Understand and apply knowledge of products, technologies and business to build solutions to solve for problems at scale; drive scaled technical enablement through playbooks, reference implementations, and technical webinars
• Scope and demo technical solutions — including API integrations, data pipeline configurations, and enable proof-of-concepts
• Debug and troubleshoot client API integrations, working directly in code to diagnose issues and develop fixes
• Build relationships with team members and cross functional partners, connecting internal and external contacts across multiple areas to drive strategic alignment
• Influence decision-making through presentation of data-centric business topics, providing input into key decisions around strategic direction with cross-functional partners
• Participate in interviewing and onboarding of new team members; mentor Solutions Architects on technical architecture, integration patterns, and client engagement
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time

Qualifications

Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience

• 5+ years of combined experience as an Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Partner/Sales Engineer
• 2+ years of experience working with software systems including querying, working with data, and working with API development
• Experience communicating with technical and business audience at prospects or clients
• Experience with web, mobile, or enterprise technology stack
• Experience with system design and technical architecture — ability to design end-to-end integrations across APIs, data flows, and platform components
• Experience demonstrating knowledge of industry technology areas and trends
• High-level fluency in business and technical English and Korean, both verbal and written, required because the role supports clients and partners in the Korean market Experience in stakeholder management
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
• Experience working with API documents, calling APIs using scripts, and testing APIs
• Knowledge of AdTech, Advertising, or Digital Marketing (Brand or Direct Response)
• Deep technical knowledge of Meta Marketing and Messaging products (including tools and APIs)
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
• Experience with integration projects
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
