• 负责大型项目解决方案的整体规划与售前咨询，结合客户IT现状与项目期望，准确有效地进行需求挖掘、分析与引导，能依据客户需求独立完成解决方案设计；
•  配合销售团队，在合作与业务对接全流程中与客户及合作伙伴进行沟通，把握项目推进节奏，围绕各阶段推广需求，协调内部资源，牵头编制针对性的技术方案、投标技术方案、演示PPT等，并向用户高层进行汇报演示；
•  精通产品与消防行业规范，能够清晰阐述价值与提炼理念，持续研究市场发展趋势，不断迭代产品业务理念，输出创新的行业标准化解决方案及典型客户案例，并为产品优化提供建设性意见；
•  定期向关键决策者（如终端客户、设计院、咨询公司等）展示解决方案并进行交流，充分沟通并推动业务方案的落实；
•  支持垂直行业的市场路演与推广活动；
•  支持重点项目投标准备、方案设计及产品营销工作。 任职要求：
•  电气工程、自动化或相关专业本科及以上学历；
•  具备5-10年技术营销及投标文件编制工作经验，有交通、石油天然气或数据中心等大型项目经验者优先，具备消防产品/解决方案销售经验者尤佳；
•  拥有3-5年工业或基础设施领域系统设计或应用工程师工作经验；
•  熟练使用CAD等设计软件；
•  具备外资企业工作经验者优先；
•  熟悉消防行业国际及本地标准；
•  具备优秀的项目管理及沟通协调能力；
•  责任心强，具有团队合作精神。
