We are seeking a clinically-grounded, tech-savvy Solution Success Manager to support our Radiology AI and Workflow Solutions This individual will have a background in CT technology (ARRT)(CT) and act as a trusted advisor for customers, guiding them through successful onboarding, clinical integration, and optimization of our AI-driven tools across triage, measurement, quantification, and diagnostic workflows to drive adoption and success.
As a tech-savvy individual with deep healthcare domain expertise, the Solution Success Manager - Radiology Solutions serves as a product authority and strategic advisor for both prospective and existing customers. This pivotal role bridges the gap between our innovative AI healthcare solutions and the specific needs of healthcare teams, ensuring seamless integration into clinical workflows and the delivery of measurable value.
In this role, you will function as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the pre-sales and onboarding phases. This includes delivering tailored product demonstrations, facilitating clinical onboarding and integration, and optimizing the utilization of our AI-driven tools across triage, measurement, quantification, and diagnostic workflows to drive adoption and ensure their success.
This position demands a strong combination of clinical expertise, technical acumen, and exceptional communication skills to effectively influence decision-making and cultivate robust relationships within diverse healthcare environments.
