About your role and the team
We are looking for a Solution Sales Specialist with a strong commercial mindset to support and drive sales within complex network solutions and cybersecurity, in collaboration with the key account managers.
Inviting you to be a part of an international organization, with business within Germany, Nordics and Finland, and part of a newly established Pan-Nordic team, within our B2B business unit, GlobalConnect is investing in a strengthened network and security position to enable further growth in our portfolio of connectivity products, as a managed service provider.
GlobalConnect is owned by EQT where we continuously deliver on high growth ambitions, acting as a challenger and acting as a frontrunner within being a managed service provider. Furthermore, we offer a dynamic work environment in a Pan-Nordic matrix organization.
In this role, you will work closely with our sales teams to enhance their ability to sell complex network solutions with starting point in SD-WAN and Managed LAN and Wi-Fi, combined with security products and services. Furthermore, you will play a key role in shaping our cybersecurity sales strategy and be a valued and important stakeholder in our product development.

Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate for this role has commercial firepower and deep product knowledge within LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, DDOS, Firewall, SOC and NAC – and can navigate within a multi-vendor setup.
With flair and comfort throughout the sales process, you drive meetings with a communication range, going from being a storytelling ‘network-evangelist’ to answering technical security questions specific to GlobalConnect network products.
You use your knowledge within large account solutions to support sales by enabling them with expert guidance, driving customer meetings and support in complex sales situations.
You excel at translating technical customer needs into clear, compelling messages that resonate with customers – from C-level to network managers. As a collaborative team player, you take pride in coaching and developing sales teams, ensuring they have the confidence and knowledge to position GlobalConnect’s solutions effectively.
Building strong relationships comes naturally to you, both within the organization and with external customers. Your strategic mindset allows them to position our connectivity solutions within a broader IT infrastructure perspective, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
You might have a background from a large vendor or a Service Integrator, but other backgrounds are highly relevant as well.
