About the Team

Creativity Service Platform is ByteDance’s cloud and AI service platform. It brings to external companies the growth methodologies, technical capabilities, and application tools developed through ByteDance’s rapid growth, helping them build digital capabilities in areas such as experience innovation, data-driven decision-making, and agile iteration to achieve sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop market insights and identify key automotive and embodied AI companies across Southeast Asia and the Middle East, as well as relevant ecosystem partners such as software vendors, ADAS providers, and Tier 1 suppliers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the industry, and foster effective ongoing engagement between BytePlus and clients.
• Drive the identification, tracking, and analysis of key project opportunities, while partnering closely with the solutions team to support successful delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-regional teams to maintain relationships with headquarters and secure project opportunities.
• Lead BytePlus automotive industry product sales in South East Asia and Middle East region, with a primary focus on passenger and commercial vehicle OEMs, dealers, suppliers, and mobility service providers.
• Achieve sales targets through direct sales execution, strengthening relationships with existing partners, increasing engagement volume, and expanding awareness of our solutions across the region.
• Analyze evolving customer needs and provide feedback and recommendations to support the improvement of the company’s products and solutions.
• Represent BytePlus at local and international industry events to build networks, strengthen market presence, and showcase our solutions to the broader industry.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in cloud, AI or automotive industries.
• Results-oriented, with a strong commitment to sales revenue and a willingness to use best efforts to secure resources and develop solutions that meet both customer needs and company objectives.
• Proactive, with a positive mindset and the ability to respond quickly and effectively.
• Strong communication skills and adaptability, with solid sales capabilities, an outgoing personality, and a strong team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with LLMs, AI, and cloud services.
• Knowledge of autonomous driving solutions, digital cockpit solutions, and digital marketing solutions, with existing customer resources among automotive and robotics OEMs.
