Job Description

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that effectively position and communicate product value to target audiences while supporting successful solution launches through market insights and cross-functional collaboration

At Netsmart, improving care delivery isn’t just our aspiration, it’s our passion!

For more than 50 years, we’ve been a healthcare software company developing technology and providing services in the behavioral health, human services, and Post-Acute markets. We collaborate with organizations and partner with our clients across the care spectrum to anticipate challenges, identify obstacles and recognize new opportunities as healthcare evolves. We continuously strive to advance our Netsmart technologies and offerings beyond the EHR by embracing new technology trends that empower healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care.

Solution Marketer- Emerging Technologies

A Solution Marketer for Emerging Technologies is someone who helps the company explain and promote its big picture strategy around AI and other advanced technologies. Instead of focusing on a single product, this role looks across the entire organization to understand what we are building, why it matters, and how it solves real problems for customers. You would take complex technical ideas and translate them into clear, simple messaging that different audiences can understand, whether they are clients, prospects, executives, or internal teams. You would also help create key materials like buyer journeys, message houses, personas, and content frameworks that guide how we talk about our solutions in the market.

In this role, you would work closely with teams across Marketing, Sales, and Product, as well as internal subject matter experts, to gather insights, understand the technology roadmap, and ensure our messaging stays consistent across the company. You would also interview clients to help articulate their experiences through case studies, webinars, or live speaking engagements. You would support major solution launches, contribute to thought leadership for AI and emerging tech, and help prepare presentations and speaker materials. A big part of the job is learning, whether that means understanding new technology capabilities, getting familiar with tools like Salesforce or project management platforms, or interviewing experts to understand how technology translates into real value for customers. Ultimately, this role is about making complex ideas easy to understand and helping the company communicate a unified, compelling story about its technology.

If this sounds like a role where you could thrive and grow, we encourage you to apply and explore the opportunity further.
