What you will be doing

• Solve customers' requirements by designing and documenting solutions.
• Lead technical interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Research, analyze, and propose integrations for communications platforms.
• Liaise with the Product and R&D teams to help the solution evolve and adhere to industry best practices.

What you will bring

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Solution Manager/Architect.
• Experience with Cloud and On-Prem deployments.
• Experience with delivery frameworks and AGILE methodologies.
• Ability to create and document technical designs for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate with audiences of varying technical expertise.
• Hands-on development experience (advantage).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong presentation capabilities.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
